Goldwater Recycling Kft (or the site, or website) are committed to the security of Your privacy and Your personal data, and we ensure that we continue our services in accordance with privacy, data protection and data security laws.

2.3. We will keep Your information about Your visit until Your use or browsing session is over, unless it concerns data collected for analytical and marketing purposes. See: 2.2.

2.4. Personal data provided on the www.goldwaterrecycling.com website will be retained until the stated purpose is met.

2.5. After our duties have ceased about our service You requested, and we have no legal obligation to store Your personal data, they are anonymised or deleted in accordance with general industry and safety standards, thus, this data will not be associated with a person in any way.

If we cannot remove this data directly, such as in archived backups, we will mark the log from which Your personal data has to be removed, and it will be removed upon recovery.

3.5.1. We use Google Ads and Facebook remarketing services to advertise third-party websites for our site’s former visitors. This may mean that we advertise to former visitors who have not completed or completed a process on our website. 3.6.1. On our website, we use extensions for social media networks, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, that You can recognize from their logo. When You click, these extensions are activated and they automatically transmit datas to the extension provider.

The data will be stored electronically in the data processing companies entrusted by the service provider, which provide strong security systems to ensure the protection of personal data. The service provider takes the responsibility. The data processor may not make a substantive decision concerning data management, he may process the personal data which has come to his knowledge only in accordance with the provisions of the data controller, may not process data for its own purposes and must store and retain personal data in accordance with the instructions of the data controller.

The data is transferred abroad to high-security data processors entrusted by the service provider.

Data will be transmitted for storage to Magyar hosting Kft, Budapest, Victor Hugo street. 18, 1132, which may use additional data processors to provide IT background services.

  1. How we protect Your data

     

    We store Your personal data on secure networks and can only be accessed by a limited number of people who have special access rights to these systems, and must keep the informations confidential. All sensitive data shared with us comes encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We regularly check our websites searching for security gaps in order to make our website visits as secure as possible.

We strive to protect Your personal data against loss, faking, manipulation and unauthorized access or disclosure.

We will notify You immediately in case of any personal data breach or leak.

8. Child privacy

Our service is not available for people under the age of 18 („Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from people under the age of 18. 9. Automatic decision-making or profiling

Goldwater Recycling Kft does not use automated decision – making and profiling.
